Who Can Become a Surrogate?
Applicants must meet the following requirements to qualify for surrogacy. These requirements are generally set by fertility doctors, not by the agency, and are there to keep both surrogates and the babies they carry safe.
SURROGATE REQUIREMENTS

Age 21-44

US Citizen or Permanent Resident (Green Card Holder**)

BMI 33 & under (Up to 35 for those willing to travel to Canada for their embryo transfer procedure).

At least one successful healthy pregnancy; must have given birth to at least one child you are currently raising

No more than FIVE prior pregnancies

No more than THREE C-Sections

No more than TWO prior miscarriages

Non-smoker, non-drug user

No felonies on criminal record

Ability to pass psychological evaluation to establish emotional & mental stability

Stable home and financial situation
-
MUST live in a surrogacy-friendly state.
